Below are the terms and conditions for Giottus's general trading contests and reward campaigns:

1. Giottus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns, the Contest Period and/or the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns Terms at any time for any reason without prior notice. 
2. Giottus reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or deceptive activity related to the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns. 
3. Giottus's decisions regarding any aspect of the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns, including but not limited to eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding on all participants. 
4. Giottus shall not be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, losses, damages, tax liability, or any other harm suffered by any participant or person as a result of engaging with the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, any trading losses or loss of profit incurred during participation in the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns, usage of trading credit, or any error, technical malfunction, or breakdown in the Giottus Website, Trading Platform, or any related computer system, mobile application, downloadable software, or equipment, including that of the participant. 
5. By participating in the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns, participants agree to release and hold harmless Giottus, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize. 
6. Any fraudulent activities or abuse of the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns will lead to disqualification and potential account suspension.
7.  If Giottus identifies that an individual is not eligible to participate in the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns and receive the prize, Giottus may at its discretion invalidate any entries or reverse and withdraw any trading credit awarded. No individual shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Giottus should any prize or corresponding profit be forfeited, cancelled, or reclaimed. 
8. The decision of Giottus on all matters relating to the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns and the prize shall be final and binding on all participants. Giottus reserves the absolute right to cancel, amend, revoke, or withdraw the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns and/or any awarded prize(s) and/or profits accumulated from such prize(s) at any time and without the obligation to provide any reasons or explanations. 
9. Giottus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any individual from the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns. Additionally, Giottus reserves the right at its absolute discretion not to award, cancel, or withhold any prize. 
10. By participating in the Trading Contest/Reward Campaigns and submitting their details and information, participants hereby grant Giottus explicit consent to use, store, and share such information for marketing and promotional purposes of Giottus, its affiliates, partners, and/or sponsors. This may include but is not limited to, the dissemination of marketing materials, promotional offers, and other communications related to Giottus’s services and products. 11. Any dispute not covered by the relevant Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns Terms will be resolved by Giottus in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all parties. 
12. If any term of the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall be severable from the remaining terms, and the remainder of the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns Terms shall remain valid and binding as if the severed term had never been included. 
13. If these Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Trading Contest / Reward Campaigns Terms shall prevail wherever any inconsistency arises.
