• To make a deposit using UPI, follow these simple steps:
  Log in to Your Account: Access your Giottus account and navigate to the dashboard.
• Enter Deposit Details: Specify the amount you wish to deposit and select your bank account from the available options.
• Select UPI as Deposit Method: On the deposit screen, choose ‘UPI’ as your preferred method, then click on ‘SELECT DEPOSIT METHOD.’
• Proceed to Payment: On the next page, click on ‘Continue to Pay.’ Ensure you read all the terms and instructions carefully, then tick the box to acknowledge and click on the ‘CONTINUE’ button.
• Complete the Payment Using UPI: A QR code and Giottus UPI ID will be displayed. Open your UPI application, scan the QR code, and complete the payment.
• Enter Transaction Details: After the payment, return to the Giottus page, enter the transaction reference number (UTR/UPI transaction ID), and click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
• Deposit Confirmation: Your deposit will be credited to your Giottus account within 2 hours. (10am to 11pm)
